It really does depend on what country you live in.
We do ship items 4-8business days unless paid for a faster service (excluding holidays).
Unfortunately it is out of our hands since we did our part by shipping your package, the best thing you can do is contact your local post office and ask them about your package. It may be dropped off at your neighbors by accident or the address may be incorrect when you placed your order.
