Am i able to cancel my order?


We unfortunately do not cancel orders, we only do exchanges & returns.

The item/items I purchased doesn’t fit me, how do I exchange it?

Send a photo of the item to our Customer Service page on ig @bossbabescustomerservice with tags still on the item/items, should still be brand new, and with no scent.

How can I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number from the courier via email.

How often do you guys get new arrivals/restocks?

We do restock & get new arrivals at least once or twice a week.

My order is missing an item/items what should I do?

Contact us at “@bossbabescustomerservice” on instagram with your order number so we can assist you.

How much does shipping cost?

It really does depend on what country you live in.

How long does shipping take?

We do ship items 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).

My order says it’s been delivered to me but I did not receive anything, what should I do?

Unfortunately it is out of our hands since we did our part by shipping your package, the best thing you can do is contact your local post office and ask them about your package. It may be dropped off at your neighbors by accident or the address may be incorrect when you placed your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, ShopPay, AfterPay, and Apple Pay.
